Shoprite cashier's attitude stink

I went to Usave in Roodepan today trying to buy and Rica a simple simcard I asked the cashier at the money market counter if I need original proof of residence because I'm not from around kimberley or can I print something from my email she harshly rep**** she don't work there for politics I must just come with the proof of residence is non of my business how shoprite work she doesn't have time for long stories. Now in my years of using shoprite I have never found somebody so rude and arrogant for a simple question this girl I would assume she is normally like that because she does not even wear a name tag now I shopped at shoprite all over the country for the quality products but never was I do humiliated
