Shoprite Cashier Plastic Bag ****

Yesterday I stood in a queue of about 20+ people at Shoprite. This is not unusual at Shoprite Kraaifontein. However, this is the first time that I have noticed the following. While bored and standing in this slow-moving - fast lane - queue. Because there are 4 pay points but only 2 people working. From the 3rd person in front of me who brought his own bag and the second lady in front of me who also brought her own bags, I've noticed that the cashier kept scanning plastic bags although they brought their own. When it was my turn and I also brought my own bags - I noticed the same thing happening. After checking my slip I noticed that I was charged x2 75c for bags that I did not ask for nor received. So after packing my own goods into my bags I complained. The cashier proceeded to get R1,50 from the PayPoint next to hers without any hesitation from either cashier. Hence leading me to believe that this is a **** perpetrated by these cashiers.
