SHOPRITE BUSHBUCKRIDGE

On 24.05.2015 between 14H00 and 15H00 I went to do my shopping at Shoprite Bushbuckridge. My cashier was Ivy her name tag didn't have a surname. As part of my shopping list was a Michum Roll On that was priced R58.00. The item did not scan at the till and I told Ivy that I want it and would like to pay for it. She rudely said to me that it doesn't scan and threw it to the side. After persuading her to make a plan ,she called a packer by the name of Zanele Sithole who had a very bad attitude towards me and said that the item does not scan and walked away without helping or coming up with an alternative solution. Ivy again asked Zanele to go to the people responsible for scanning and enquirer she came back and said that the scanning guys(Vusi and she mentioned another name that I forgot) also say the item does not scan so I should go. Rudely. I am not happy with their service and do not understand why an item is o n the shelve but does not scan. So please I would like proper action to be taken against these individuals and feedback will be appreciated. Proper training is essential when running such a business.
