Shoprite bus ticket

I bought a bus ticket Greyhound to be exact from Shoprite on the 26Dec 2024 from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg I was travelling with my husband and my two-year-old daughter. And to my Suprise I paid a full amount for my daughter which I questioned and was told by the cashier that it was full price now. same day I boarded the bus the bus driver asked me why did I pay full price for my two-year-old they only start charging children from three years old the child was sitting on my lap the whole trip to JHB. Upon my arrival at JHB i went to Greyhound offices they told me to go Shoprite cos that is were i purchased the ticket same day i went to shoprite they told me they will get back to me for a refund till today have not heard any feedback from them
