Shoprite Bree Johannesburg

Motshidisi at shoprite Bree Johannesburg gave me a horrible attitude this morning when she was supposed to assist me she refused.

I was referred to her by her colleague to withdraw money from her counter she refused to assist me. She told me I have to go to the end of the queue again I explained that I already been through a queue thats why her colleague referred me to her she said she won't assist me and there's is nothing can do about it. I explained to her that I'm going to work and time is not on my side she said I'm not special even the people on the queue are also going to work.

It seems as if she is used to this bully attitude towards customers because she was pretty confident that there is nothing I can do about it

So if this is the customer service that we get at shoprite how are we expected to come again and shop at shoprite. I was in a happy mood before I went in to shoprite now my day is ruined because I was late for work. The money that I was asking to withdraw was supposed to be my taxi fare.

What actions is shoprite going to take to ensure that they protect their customers against such behavior be cause I'm really not motivated to go shop at Bree taxi rank shoprite. And I would appreciate an apology from them employee because her actions really inconvenienced me
