Shoprite Bread

I used to like the fact that Shoprie sells bread at an affordable price but I have also realised that the people who bake this bread do not care, they do not wash their pans, the bread usually looks disgustingly dirty with black Mark's all over. I engaged the manager at the Rondebult Shoprite and she promised to look into the matter, today I went there to buy bread and found even more hideous looking bread , again I engaged the Baker who told me it's too much work to wash the pans after baking bread with raisins so they just put dough of the new batch and people but. They started calling each other to see the lady with 'drama' that's what they called me.I am really disappointed by the staff at Rondebult Shoprite.
