Shoprite branded product

I had a problem with the disposable nappies i bought from them. (Shprite brand luvies disposable nappies) the tye straps on them just came loose. I called the toll free number i found on the pack and they told me to bring it back to the store i bought it from. (Shoprite eerste river). No hassels at all. Took what was left in the pack and got a new pack and tbe checked it for me. Been using that brand for about a year already and its a great product. Will definitely keep using it and the wonderful service that comes with it should you require it. Thanx shoprite and lovies disposable nappies!!!
