Shoprite branch manager ( Morula complex mabopane ) and merchandiser dismiss customers

I went to shoprite morula complex yesterday to buy nappies which are on special I found one on the shelve and couldn't find the other one, asked the guy who works there to assist by checking from the storeroom, while I was waiting for him some lady who also works in there came there looking for the same thing couldn't find it on the shelve then went to call the merchandiser to give to her from the storeroom.while I was standing there waiting for the guy I saw the lady merchandiser( Algina) giving that shoprite lady a pack which I was also waiting for then the guy came to me and told me they are not there they are finished. I explained to him what I saw and he just dismissed me. so I went to the branch manager Mashaba and explained my situation, his response was go to the merchandiser( Algina) and tell her to give it to you also...and by that time she had went back to the storeroom. The branch manager ( Mashaba) also dismissed me in front of other customers telling me that there is nothing like that. I told him to check the shop footage but he just dismissed me. so what do I do in this situation if the branch manager himself cant help? the staff are saving things for their colleagues and refusing them to the customers.
