Shoprite **** Bram Fischer Dr. Randburg

This is a warning to everyone who wants to get cash via capitec cash sent or nedbank send money. (**** arlet)

Thursday 28/08/2025 after 5pm I went to Shoprite in Randburg Bram Fischer Dr to withdraw a capitec cash send. I gave them the c-code and pin to withdraw R500, the cashier (I forgot her name) took the code and pin then she called Alina (they said she's the manager) after she came, she told me to go to a different till because the current till doesn't have money, when I get to the next till, the new cashier asked to the c-code and pin, which I gave her but to my surprise, the new cashier says the c-code is already used (**** alert) , so I went back to Alina to ask how come the first cashier called you to give me money them you revered my cash send. ( Fyi...I wanted the money to use for on that day)

She said there's nothing she can do, I need to wait 2 days before my money is return. Another light skin employee I think is another manager "Martha" if I am not mistaken came to assist but she just told me there's nothing she can do I must wait 2 days to see the cash sent reversed. Today's its the 2nd of September 2025 (4 days after Shoprite ****med me) still nothing....

To make matters worse... yesterday 01 September 2025 I went to the same Shoprite, this time I went to liquor side to withdraw a nedbank send money code, the cashier took the nedbank code and immediately told me my code was used. I immediately called nedbank to confirm when was my code used then at nedbank they told me the code has not been used yet.( lucky this cashier didn't ask for my pin or I could have been ****med twice by the same shop). I withdrew the nedbank code at the nearest nedbank atm before they **** me again, as fast as I left liquor yesterday I went straight to the ATM

The main reason I am reviewing this is because on Thursday I had to ask people money to go home and come to work because the c code was sent to me for transport money but Alina didn't care she told me there's nothing she can do.

Currently I've topped up airtime for more than R100 to call capitec to solve the incompetence of Shoprite cashiers. As I type this review, I took a loan for R400 because my boss won't want to know that the reason I dont have money to come to work it's because shoprite hires ***********/****mer cashiers and managers.

Loan repayment is 50% from mashonisa so I owe R600 payback loan plus my R100 and over for airtime... so I am close to spending R800 just because I wanted to withdraw R500

I've been ****med in my life before but never in this way.

Please if you don't want Shoprite or Alina from Shoprite Bram Fischer to **** you, rather find your nearest ATM or go to pick and pay or pep at Randburg Square. The shoprite that's located where Cambridge was, at randburg is a ****. Not 1 cashier but now I have 2 chashiers that wanted to **** me.

NEVER AGAIN SEE ME GO TO SHOPRITE BECAUSE THE STAFF THE IS READY TO **** ANYONE (plus the cashiers like acting like your asking for their personal money every time I try to withdraw on the till from my bank account not the cashier's money not shoprite's money, shoprite is just the middle man who agreed to give customers cash when they want it)
