Shoprite boulders 💩 service 🤞🏾.

I seriously take customer service very serious. I went to Boulders Shoprite to buy some refreshments for later. We went to the till and we found two ladies chitchatting and we stood there for quite a while. One lady then moved and allowed us to get to the tills. After making the purchase she didn’t give me the slip. We then went to exit the a security asked us for the slip. I realised that the lady didn’t give me the slip. I then went back to the lady and when I got there she rudely passed the slip to me saying that it’s not her responsibility to give me the slip. She was very rude and kept on arguing. I then left her there.. she was wearin a sangoma doek without a name a name tag. It gives me an impression that Shoprite looks at their target market and gives us a ****ty service.. her attitude is soo bad and she was leaning against the counter.. their managers must dictate this mess please..
