Shoprite Boulders Midrand

On Saturday 24 March I went to Shoprite Boulders in Midrand. I bought a few items amongst them was a Google play card voucher for R150.00. When I got home the voucher would not work and I eventually logged a complaint with Google Play, The next Monday I went to the store and spoke to a manager who then called the branch manager. I explained to him what had transpired and he (branch manager) told me that they only sell the cards, I told him the card was obviously not activated at the store and he asked for a till slip which I did not have as I never anticipated Shoprite staff not knowing how to activate the card, as I always buy this from PNP and have never had any issues. I was asked to leave the card with the store and am yet to get an update with regards to the matter.
