Shoprite botleng poor service

The shoprite here in Botleng Delmas the service there is very poor,we always struggle with cash back when we want to withdraw NSFAS money they always don’t have cash. The whole shop don’t have cash how possible is that , we still need to buy from shoprite then go out to get cash back somewhere again.no it is a problem now the ladies at tills don’t even try to explain.you need to do something and fast or else we gonna buy where we are valued as costumers and treat us fairly
