Shoprite blue downs

I went to the store today to return an iterm..i stood there on the line coz the cashier was asissting another customer while am standing there one of the staff member came buys something and even if you work here u can't just pass me and buy am waiting as well.i couldn't finish my words she bite my head and other hand a coloured lady called Naju...help her to bite my head.it couldn't end there i waited almost an hour for my iterm to be returned ..the other supervisor said she can't put her code the manager must do it him self and there manger was no where to be found..the service is very poor like poor there.Thas shoprite in blue downs.am so ****ed off with them.
