Shoprite Bizana

What a bad service at shoprite Bizana. Customers standing in a queue for more than 2hrs. Cashiers are on their own, no Till packers, Management sitting in their offices instead of checking the queue and assiting cashiers with packing so that queue can move quicker. I am really disappointed. Standard has really gone down at Shoprite. Can the regional managers intervene to make sure on Busy days everyone is assisting to avoid further customer complaints. Old people to be assisted first. All tills should have people and their till packers
