Shoprite is the most useless company that I know the most rude staff I don't know if it is the small salaries that they are getting I am exchanging a stove that I bought here in bellville middestad mall the branch manager is so rude you can tell she is illiterate they are so rude with her staff the stove has not reached a year yet and they are telling me that I will not be getting the exchange for my stove they are saying it is damaged due to negligence because I was not taking care of the stove they are the most rude staff the lady at the kiosk had attitude already.
