Shoprite Belle Ombre Plaza - Bad service

Bad customer service from the cashier at the Shoprite Belle Ombre Plaza in the morning of the 29th Nov 2021. Had no idea how the Capitec scan and pay works, whole 10mins wasted when I'm already running late and she's sending me from pillar to post with no solution what so ever. Shoprite Soshanguve plaza was able to assist me with paying and withdrawing money on the till.
