Shoprite (belhar) false adverti*****t

I been a to shoprite airport mall on the 23 august 2018. Bought some items paid and got my slip I asked the cashier where is my scratch card she replies by we waiting on our new stock. I leave thinking that this is not right. On the 25August2018 I was again at shoprite airport mall belhar did my shopping paid again I asked the cashier where is my scratch card she just said there isn't. So now I want to know why are they false advertising in the shop on the pamphlets and on TV when you don't even get a scratch card and it doesn't say while stock last. I feel like taking it to the papers and social media because this is not right and I Want my cards that is owed to me. I still have my till slips as proof that I should have gotten the cards. How can you advertise something and it's not given to you
