SHOPRITE BAD SERVICES

I am writing to you every disappointed, with the bad experience I had in one of your stores. Today I felt so humiliated, I never ever saw such a behaver in business environment.

As I indicated ,I visited your store to buy 5KG Maize meal X1,I end up convincing my friend let's buy 10KG X 3 of Iwisa Maize that's on promo.

I didn't have my saving card with Me, I asked the cashier to using my ID number she told me she can't ,with a disrespecting tone ,says its not her problem for me not having my saving card ,the system offline .I was so irritate by her voice .

I browed from one customer ,then I ask her name ,she keep quiet ,ask again ,she rep**** by saying will on your slip.

I don't think, I will forgive her ,this things real hit me every bad....

Shoprite Dawn Park Management your are failing Us by not disciplining your staff.

I was assisted by ANATHI TSHAYISA ,on Saturday the 7th of August 2021, at Dawn Park Shoprite.
