Shoprite bad service

For a week now Shoprite makes you wait too long for breakfast. Then when I spoke to the manager, Owen Mbolekwa, he told me he won't cha ge his routine for one customer, he didn't even look at my face while talking to me. They have bad service and that manager is rude. I have asked Hello Peter for help before. You guys do nothing. It's really hurtful.
