Shoprite Attlyn Mall poor service

I went to Shoprite at Attlyn Mall on the 07/11/2019 @8:00AM only to receive the worst service ever from the money market cashier who was so rude and disrespectful towards me.When I asked to withdraw cash she told me they don't have cash I should go home and come back or I can wait but not infront of her when I asked how long should I wait, she should told me she does not know because they only opened for 5 minutes that's when I went to the manager and she asked one of the till cashiers to give me cash and this is not the first time I'm experiencing this kind of service at the money market counter my husband had the same problem but it was not in the morning and he was also helped later by the manager are the cashiers at Shoprite trained to be rude and disrespectful towards customers? should we always talk to the manager to get help?
