Shoprite Atteridgeville Manager Pakiso Mailana

I had an unpleasant experience at Shoprite Stadium Centre in Atteridgeville. I was assisted by a friendly lady who wanted confirmation from management if she was allowed to use my credit card to pay. The manager, Pakiso Mailana, refused. I mentioned to him that I have been using this card before without any issues at the same branch. He said that the people who have been assisting me before were probably unaware of this. I told him that I used this card the day before at Checkers to which he responded by saying "Shoprite Atteridgeville is not the same as Checkers" . He asked me to present an ID, I said I have a certified copy of my ID on my phone and he said that the camera has to film me giving the consultant my physical ID and he walked away. I asked the consultant to ask a colleague of hers and they told her that this shouldn't be an issue and I used my card to swipe and signed for the purchase. I asked for the managers name and he refused to give me but I had already read his name badge. He was very rude and had no empathy at all. I was even willing to print my statement to show the numerous times I used my card for purchases at the branch. I know we have to follow rules but can Pakiso Mailana ask his colleagues if he is uncertain about anything.
