Shoprite @ the Mall of Thembisa is selling us client's rotten/expired food

My local Shoprite @ the Mall of Thembisa, located on the same street 1.2 km down from our home in Clayville Extension 28, Aluminum Drive, is selling client's rotten/expired food and when we complain the staff comes up with cheap tricks to sort of dismiss the customers complain. I bought groceries on Friday night, 07 February 2025, I was amongst, if not the last client to leave the shop @20:24 when the shop entrance was already closed off, most staff queuing at the exit door for search and leave workplace Following morning my wife noticed that the 5 Liter Vanilla ice cream I bought previous night @ Shoprite Mall of Thembisa was icy not creamy inside, with brown iced/frozen water @ the bottom of the 5 Liter Vanilla ice cream container, On the following week after work, I visited the Shoprite, and asked for a customer complain office, the ladies inside asked for the receipt which I didn't have, and requested for my bank card and date of purchase to trace the purchase on the computer, she then said there's no trace of purchase for the night in question, I even opened my Bank App, and showed them the transaction, the amount and shop name, but she called in another lady and they argued the transaction reflected a following date not the 07th February 2025, I told them its immaterial, it's just a banks transaction, journal entries capture or ledger posting and account adjustments, but I told them Shoprite sales journals will have transaction dates and even time sale was concluded on the POS (point-of-sale), they insisted the transaction doesn't reflect on their computer so there's no proof unless I bring my receipt,
