Shoprite at Newton junction mall is a disappointment

Jiwould lii would like to express my utter disappointment and disgust with shoprite at newtown junction mall. When returning all the processed meat products i purchased. They refused to refund one of the items simply because its not on their list. I spend thousands monthly at shoprite and the refuse to refund a product worth R59. The store manager was less interested. Really after All these years of being a loyal customer. According to the if its not on their list. It's safe to eat. If u don't have a receipt too bad. Its processed meat. Have they not heard of the epidemic. Very dissaplointed.
