Shoprite assistant shouting customer

On the 1st October 2015.I went to purchase a bus ticket at shoprite by 19:00 late.there was 1 permanent staff working in a verylong queue assistant manager came to assist for 10 minutes and told customers he must go home. I was eventually assisted after 40 minutes and the lady was already tired and has no patience.she printed the bus ticket with incorrect date asked me to sign,I noticed the dates and inform her.she emphasised that I called up incorrect date eventually the supervisor came and she captured a new ticket again the incorrct date.it was then clear that it was a sytem error.she then told me she does not have time to help one client I will have to wait for all other clients to be assisted.that when I really loose it aswelk a there was 10 people behind me which she takes very long to assist one.I told her I already waited about an hour on a queue and can't wait for all people to be served.she told me she is the driver of the queue whether I want or not i will wait.I honesty became furious and start exchanging words on a loud mode,she went to extent to say she will beat me, and being ready for such enemy I made her to stop working literally by pulling the scanning machine
