Shoprite are *****ing they clients accounts to make money

I've been struggling to get a reset pin from shoprite via they app and I also send several emails to they email address but with no luck we are left homeless and outside in the cold

After several emails and messages that I have send via they app they refuse to send me a reset pin so that I can withdraw my srd grant payments that is locked up in they account after all the begging and pleading for a reset pin we have lost our home due to none payments on our arrears rent that we are owing our landlord

I'm unemployed and my mother is a pensioner and she is suffering with panic attacks I have explained to Shoprite's consultant that I am badly in need of my srd grant payments that is locked up in they account to pay our rent before this day is over and still they didn't care

They kept demanding me to send them a copy of my I'd and a selfie of me holding my I'd

After telling them that I don't have an id due a fire that broked out in Hillview Hights, Lavender Hill, Steenberg on Christmas Eve we lost everything even our personal documents but they kept insisting on the copy of the I'd

Now thanks to shoprite me and my mom is spending the night out in the cold I want ShopRite to know if anything happens to my mother due to the coldness or any sickness accur to my mother's health I'm personal keeping ShopRite responsible cause this wouldn't have happened if they just send me reset pin

The money that is locked up in they account is rightfully mine so why didn't they give me what belongs to me I'm letting sassa knows that shoprite is holding my srd grant payments hostage and I'm also reporting this matter to the ombudsman if they don't send me a reset pin all I wanted to do is to pay our rent

But no ShopRite wouldn't wanted to release my money cause that is how they make they money with your money by holding it hostage cause the longer your money is in they account they receive the rates for all the monies that been kept and so they just making money in other words they are *****ing from they banking clients to get rich how disgusting and unexceptionable behavior of them to think that they can stood so low by letting they clients loose they homes as long as they can just keep making money with your money
