Shoprite Appliances

Good day Today I went to Shoprite (Alex plaza) the management and the employees really have attitude and bad service. Firstly I bought a kettle on 23/08/2022 and it has 1year warranty and on the 01/07/23 i exchanged it because it wasn't working, I was given a new one, which today 30/01/2024 it stopped working again. i took it back but I was told I can’t exchange it. I meaning they are selling us appliance that they soon they wont work.
