Shoprite App it’s very useless do not use i repeat do not

What a horrible experience with Shoprite money market I’m so angry I’m even boiling what transpired is I have this stupid Shoprite app that I use for saving apparently you can send a person a voucher using it which I did…. I sent my parents a voucher only to find out when they got to the till they were told they can’t redeem the voucher as they have changed numbers, we tried to call the helpline they said my pare should have an app so they can be able to assist

Please Shoprite explain to me how do you expect a person who’s 65 to have an Shoprite app? The time that my parents waisted only to be sent back without any help ?

I’m definitely deleting this app….
