SHOPRITE ALEX MALL VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

SHOPRITE ALEX MALL Your Service is very poor in so many ways, you still need to go for customer service training....and when we ask for Cash back, it's "OUR" money it's not like we taking a loan from you..another thing that's not your money.always remember that Shoprite is gaining from "US" when we do Cash back.... So that you can be paid.... Because of your laziness and your attitude you will always getting small salaries you are failing to do your Job.

Yesterday all the tills didn't have money As per Tellers it was Around 12 pm and the were not willing to go get Cash for us. Left the shop without being assisted, last I had to complain that's when the other Lady had to open athe till nd give me money..

Was my second time being there, but I was not impressed...
