Shoprite Alberton @ Helen Center 20 - ******

Shoprite at Alberton Helen Center 20 is the most ****** store. Every black employee there from the manager and even the security guards. My family and I shop there on a monthly basis and between us we spend an estimated 10k a month. We had such a bad experience today whereby the security guard noticed 5kg chicken in our trolly which we forgot to take out and scan for payment and waited for us to walk to the exit to cause a commotion that we stole the chicken without paying. Why wait for us to go to the exit and make a scene. Common decency you would have asked or even told the chicken was not scanned for payment. They clearly wanted to show force when it was not required. The 1 BM security even verbally harnessed my cousin coming right up to have face and pointing and screaming at her. We forgot to pay for the chicken and asked to pay we are not ******* and hard working individuals. The store manager was not even interested to understand the situation and refused to hear our part. Is this all part for an insurance claim. They also speak in their language so that you cannot understand them. They where just adamant as the security guard said today I will arrest you. When polices arrived they only listened to the store manager and they said we are arresting you without hearing what we had to say. Where is the justice system for innocent people. Shoprite Alberton is a pathetic store and managed very poorly. The manager needs to go back for training and understand right from wrong.
