Shoprite advertised Epol Catfood at R69, swiping your extra savings card on the internet. When we got there to make the purchase, we were told it's not on special. The special clearly stated valid ontil 6 April 2025. I emailed the complaint TO Shoprite Customer Care, Sunday 30 MARCH, returning from Shoprite Alberton North. I received 2 dropped calls from Shoprite CT. I emailed again this morning, asking why they have not bothered to respond to me, and that I would be reporting this to Hello Peter, as it is false advertising. I received a call from the "manager" at Shoprite Alberton North. Why are goods being advertised, not clearly stating which stores are actually running the specials... but he started blaming Regional Management and Head Office...... This is not the first time that this has happened. I would like to please know why Shoprite is not advertising true and honest information.
