<p>I am a highly annoyed customer that was rudely insulted by one of the managers called Brandon Follentine he is down right rude and has no customer care s****s..and I would want to think how he even became a branch manager without the people s****s that you need to speak to people...</p> <p>He was down right rude and not capable of handling the situation at all. the customer service lacks completely he doesn't deserve to be a manager at all he is a disappointment to the a management staff all of them need some sort of training to know how to help a customer..</p> <p>I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A SHOPRITE EVER AGAIN. </p> <p>And the ****roaches are everywhere gosh for the first time I've walked into a Shoprite store pathetic..you need to employ more competent staff at your stores..</p> <p>I would like feedback about the matter please.</p> <p>And the way that manager spoke to me and my colleague was absolutely disgusting get this resolved.</p> <p>Get a better cleaning staff or train them properly.</p>
