Shoprite a den of ******s

On Thursday 14th June I went to ShopRite Ennerdale and to buy groceries, while in the cereal aisle, a guy asked me about which brand of milk is good to buy while bumping me with his shopping basket, next thing a lady which is also an accomplice distracted me by saying no he should take this brand. In the midst of this, my phone is gone and I ran to the security guard, who asked me if I'll be able to point them out and I said yes, he told me that its common and I'm not the first one to encounter such. My complaint is why am I told after I encountered it, why aren't there any signs warning us, as customers about getting ****** in the shop, full of security guards at the door signing slips the whole day and not doing anything about it. I have lodged a complaint to ShopRite and they are still to get back to me.
