Shoprite

I was ****** in a shoprite store with management been *********** there was no empathy , no action, no safety policy or care for the consumer. I stood g waiting for camera footage until the security saw me crying and handed me busfare to get home.i returned two days trying to find out if the camera footage was available or my I'd or purse was found. Once again I got no joy! I called head office after several attempts and messages I was told I'm uncontactable. The lady I spoke to at headoffice placed the call on hold for no reason, had no empathy and said there's nothing they can do but report the Matter.
