Hi i have a huge cryout complai was at Alexmall shoprite on the 27/08/2024 time 9 to do my groceries as usually i found table cloth on R9 price tag at the tills were R40 cashier called manager called phakamisa told him about the incident of price he refused to give me by the R9 price as i was buying 3 ot them he became rude telling me that i will never give you with R9 price i will give you by R40 price i told him the price i see is R9 he totally refused to help me, i ask him if is there any manager available except him he said unfortunately i am the only manager availble with an attitude rude, on my way out afterfinishing to pay my groceries i adk other lady who was standing by the counter if is there any manager except Phakamisa availble she said yes and she showed me her i told the manager about what happenec she was calm and she sold to me 1 table cloth for R9 price and i wanted to buy 3 she said i will give you 1 R9 the other R40 but i told her the price says is R9 on the price tag she only gave me 1 i am not happy about the service i got as i spend a lot of thousands shopping at shoprite especially Phakamisa as the manager to be rude that way no intergrity treating customers like ******* no thats not accepted at all if he need another trainning please do he is verry *********** for the position he does not know how to deal with customers he wven was not wearing name badge i had to go looking for hiim The whole store to ask him his name
