Shoprite

Today at about 16:30 I was harased by the Shoprite staff. what actually transpired is that I lost a parcel ticket while I was shopping and when I returned to fetch my parcels I was told I cannot retrieve my parcels unless I pay a fine of ten rand. There was no notice on sight that stipulate that penalty. I asked a lady called Lizzie a back office administrator he gave me in attitude and told I won't get my parcels unless I pay the fine
