Shop rite Savoy 7pc cookware set

I bought 7pc cookware set last year December 2017. I cooked once then I followed all instructions how I should wash them but day after It got rusty. Please help and give advice how can I resolve this problem and what procedure I should follow to lay complain with shop rite.
