Shop not rite

So today I went to Shoprite in Newtown Junction and as always when you get to there the line at the Deli is crazy long which I really don't mind coz the sell great mgwinyas my one problem is that the deli has quiet a number of people there however there is only 2 people one serving and the others make mgwinyas,My problem is that when it was my time to be served I wanted fried snoek and there was a piece there however it was to small to be weighed on the scale so I asked the lady what should I do coz I wanted that piece and she says that she will make a fresh batch but once the queue of people has died down so I am basically looking at this line and the slow service and I estimate that this line will die down after 15min then I would still have to wait for the fish which could be another 20min so I just left it and being in retail in a mall its known that other cashiers from other store will get favors for them where they will be served faster then the rest of us .Now its time for me to pay and I am using my RCS card which would be like the 4th time I would have used it but today I was asked for my card and ID and of it went with the manager/cashier/cleaner I dont know who and after 5min they come back and tell me they it can be use uhm ok I am so grateful to be given the chance to use my card this was a first normally they swipe and on the receipt the write down your ID number and you sign and thats it.No explanation in regards to why my card was whisked away to the mysterious office.
