Shop closed before time

I was at the door at 19:50 but it was close when I spoke to the guard that it not yet 20:00 since the shop closes at 20:00 the guard said spoke very bad stating that I was sitting in the car why should they open for me, I toot a photo of a closed door he demanded that I delete the photo. The way he spoke he acted like he owned the shop until one of the supervisors instructed him to open the door. When I got to the tills I addres the issue with manager who showed remorse but on my way out the guard insisted on deleting the picture wig attitude. Even on a normal day they intend to follow people around as everybody is a *****, they fail to catch ***** but they follow reliable paying customers which is annoying and if nothing is done about it us customers will no longer support such nonsense business where we are not treated with dignity and respect. Shoprite owners and shareholder should really take this seriously due to customers affected by their staff behaviour and this will not be tolerated by innocent customers.
