Shooprite employees strip search my wife for not buying anything

My wife went looking in shoprite lakeside mall benoni for the R5 bread, they told her she must come back in 1 hour, 2 hours before that the person by the bakery section told me personally that at 12:15 the bread will be out....my wife was there at 12pm. She decito rather go home instead of waiting 1 hour.....for 3 months the store keeps telling her to come at a certain time and when she is there at the time given she gets told to come back in 1 hour. She will go back 3 times a day after they tell her to come back in 1 hour for 3 times in a row. Then gets really and annoyed and leaves. Yesterday the 22nd November 2022 she was there looking for bread and decided to leave and go home instead of waiting another hour, after walking out the door the security stops her and tells her she needs to be STRIP SEARCHED. The scanner at the door didnt make a noise and she hadnt taken or bought anything. She literally just decided to go home because there was no R5 bread. They told her its because she doesn't have a receipt for anything purchased.....how mentally idiotic must you be to strip search a customer who can not find what they are looking for and decides to leave instead of buying anything. I am so disgusted and she was so embarrassed at the humiliation she faced with the emoloyees of shoprite.....they are never on schedule with their products and they mess us around every time we come there...then to top it off they humiliate my wife infront of everyone making her look like a ***** all because she exited the building without buying anything.....how in the world do these people operate? If those employees are not found and FIRED i will definitely go on social media and make sure the world knows that SHOPRITE does not care about people and their customers. SORT THEM OUT NOW OR I WILL SORT OUT SHORITE AS A BRAND.
