SHOCKING SERVICE. FROM SUPPOSEDLY THE TOP RETAILER IN OU COUNTRY!!!

Checkers Durban North Manager Mohammed I was supposed to call me an hour ago regarding a SECOND COMPLAINT regarding the goods sold in his branch. On the 24/6/2022 I purchased a slice of Ferraro cake which I was told by the salesperson WAS FRESH and when I tried to eat it IS NOT FRESH! I was sent a refund voucher from them. Only to then. SECONDLY on the same time I purchased a box of 1.8kg CLEMENTINES and when I started to peel the first one from the box it was.PITCH BLACK inside. It has taken a gent called Colin NOT THE BRANCH who after an hour has called me and told me I must go and exchange the box at my branch. I must spend my petrol and time to sort out their bad consumer goods.
