shocking experience of lossing my eye glasses

MY ref number for my case is 313285, am do disappointed and the shopright staff and Manager who does not even wear a name tag, I lost my Eye site glasses at the pay point, which were in my trolley that was taken by the Shoprite employee while I was packing my groceries, worth R1123 into plastic bags.I went to Shoprite Tokoza, were I normally buy my groceries however the experience was shocking as I lost my Hugo Boss eye site glasses worth R3280, when I addressed the subject with a manager with no name tag, she was very rude and she did not even show remorse while she could see I am in tears and seeking her assistance and told she cant help,I should go an open a case at a police station for the her employees I DID NOT FEEL VALUED AS A CUSTOMER, I went to the police station and I spoke to the station Commander and expressed how I felt, and also to the station commander that I do not want to open a case for Shoprite employee, Just want to see a footage of what happened to my eye site glass, he was very helpful and he gave to Police officers to escort me to Shoprite so that they can open the footage for me and when we got to Shoprite and we found the same manager with no name tag and she was rude aging and told us she will not help until a case is opened, I took it up with Head office and I got case number (313285). however till today I was not helped. I EDGE ANY INDIVIDUAL NOT USE SHOPRITE AS THEIR STAFF ***** AND THEIR MANGERS ARE UNTRAINED AND RUDE
