**** Service at Shoprite Randburg

I was on a que about to pay my groceries then suddenly all the cashiers close their tills(they were 3)without notifying anyone. when i ask them why are they closing their tills the cashier said they are moving on the other side. i asked why did they not notify us about that before, i couldn't get an answer. The supervisor who was moving the 3 cashiers her name is Elsie and did not do anything about that. We had to move and join the queue again from the back and wasted more time.

This is so unprofessional and poor service from such a big company.
