She called me *******

On tuesday(29-12-2015) the cashier called me ******* when i asked her why she is throwing change at me because she has been doing this for several times,I addressed the matter to her manager(Mr Mthembu) but he hasnt taken any action not even spoken to her regarding her behavior.please assist on handling this matter
