Service with impact!

I have been shopping at Shoprite Jabulani for over 12 years now. Never have I ever received such impacable customer service as I did when I visited the store 10 March 2024. I was shopping for few items for school project for my son, some of the things that I was supposed to buy I have never seen in my life. I asked for someone who works by the stationary isle. A gentleman fetched a lady by the name Zinhle Nzima. I showed her the items I was looking for and she did her best to find them for me. Some items were out of stock life A3 white paper, she recommended a solution as the white was available in a bigger size. I left the store just to be sure I won't get them from your competitors. Unfortunately the service I received was nothing compared to what I had received from Zinhle, so I went back to Shoprite to give her suggestion a chance. She still welcomed me with a warm smile and assist me with my shopping. My son was so happy with her suggestion when I got home. Of it wasn't for her I would have had to drive to a different mall, wasting time and money. To Zinhle Nzima thank you so much for your exceptional customer service. As we celebrated international woman day on Friday, it is women like you that makes us proud to be female. I wish you all the best for the future. If customers give you hustles think about me and the positive impact you brought me just by being you. May God take you to grater blessed heights. Oka Jobe uyabonga umtwana :).

After Zinhle I was met by Londeka Cebekhulu, shy but very kind. My lady, stand tall we need people who listens to our silly questions by the till and who gives us proper guidance. You did that with ease, thank you so much. Wishing you all the best with where God is taking you in the future.

To the store manager whatever training you gave these two ladies, may you share with othe stores in the mall like Game. We need people like these two ladies who wake up with a purpose in life. Both of you are still young, the sky is not a limit dream bigger. I appreciate the both of you so much.
