Service with a smile

Thank u Felicia Smith for making my exchange effortless; even though it was month-end & the store was quite busy. I was expecting average customer service; but Felicia went above & beyond. I exchanged 2 dry ingredients due to it being expired from the supplier. Felicia gave me service with a smile & made me feel like a valued customer.
