Service was beyond pathetic

<p>I went to Shoprite Gugulethu Mall on Sunday morning (around 09:40)to get a few things with my son. Now because we skipped breakfast I decided to get ourselves pies from the Bakery section. I asked this this girl for plain steak pies and her response to me was 'Do you see any steak pies there?'. I asked her to repeat herself, I thought I heard wrong but she repeated the same thing. I asked her if she thinks thats a suitable response to me considering the fact that she is the one that works at the Bakery. She said I dont know if there are steak pies and she continued to speak to another guy who came from the back. The worst part is she never apologised for her behavior, it was the most appauling experience I have I had. I had to wait while she spoke to this guy and get a pie that I see is there just so my son can have something to eat. I was beyond disgusted by this girl, she said her name is Sandisiwe. When I asked for her name so that I can report the incident she didn't seem bothered at all, you could clearly see that she was used to doing this. Your staff needs serious customer service s****s, at this point they don't have none. If its not one thing its the other with this store, I cannot take it anymore one would swear that people go there to beg for food and dont buy.</p> <p>Pathetic customer service Shoprite-get your staff sorted!!!!</p>
