SERVICE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM

<p>Two things annoy me about Shoprite Raisethorpe. The first is that there is always a problem with withdrawing money at Shoprite Raisethorpe when they in fact have this facility. Whenever I have been to withdraw money there is a problem - either no money or not enough money.</p> <p>Secondly, they have the facility to pay electricity bills etc. Often, the queue is running outside the store and there is only one person attending to customers. Yesterday I spent nearly 45 minutes waiting to pay bills. When I told the manager she mumbled something but did nothing about the problem. I feel Shoprite Raisethorpe has the worst service than any other stores with similare services. I have been threatening to complain for a while and I have finally done so.</p>
