Service at This store left a bad taest in my mouth

<p>I was at the Shoprite U Save branch in Rissik Street on the 24-03-2017 around 2 in the afternoon. when got to the store the queue was long and the was one cashier at the till points and one at the cigaret counter. I stood at the cigaret counter's queue as was there to buy cigarets anyway. there one lady infront of me busy with the cashier.</p> <p>When it was my turn to be help the lady (Vuvu Platjie) at the countetold me she cnt help me I have to go stand by te queue at the till points. asked her (Vuvu Pathjie) to call the mager for m. was so shocked to learn that she the manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Shoprite U Save please train your staff about the importance of customer service</p>
