Service at another level

Going shopping these days is a challenge on it's own. Going to most shoprite's is usually not an issue. I walked into the store at about 16:05 on Saturday the 3rd October 2020 and it actually sounded like a shabeen, the music was loud and the staff tried to still talk over the loud music. I proceeded to get the few things I needed and going into the spice isle, the cleaner blocked the entrance to the isle with her mop trolley, I walked around to the other end and got the death stare from the cleaner, at this point I could not care. I needed my spices and had to get out the noise as soon as possible. The supervisor or manager spoke over the intercom much softer than the music a number of times advising about staff purchases and some other useless things, clearly he could notice the shabeen atmosphere created by the extremely loud music. I then moved towards check out point and went to cashier no 7. She was more interested with the chat she had with the cashier at the next checkout [till 8]. After making my purchase, including the airtime, I took the till slip and left the store as quick as I could. After I got about 7 meters from the entrance, I heard someone shouting and did not take much note at first, then I heard a woman SHOUT "UHMLUNGU" [which I took offence to]. At this point I turned around and noticed the cashier standing by the entrance. I had to walk back to her to collect the airtime I purchased. Guys, your service is at a whole other level, SERIOUSLY.
