Shoprite Riverside Square is an absolute joke. A packed store with only five tills open is not bad luck — it’s pure incompetence. Customers are forced to stand in endless queues while management watches and does nothing. Cutting staff working hours while expecting “service” is greed at the expense of customers. You cannot slash staff and then pretend to care about customer experience. This is deliberate poor planning and disrespectful to paying customers. People have places to be. Time is money. This level of service is embarrassing, unacceptable, and needs urgent intervention. Either open more tills, staff the store properly, or stop pretending this is a customer-focused business. Do better. This is not negotiable.
